Practical Information

A complimentary shuttle service will provide transport to and from our partner hotels in Kortrijk, Waregem, Oudenaarde, and Ghent to Kortrijk Xpo.
To maximise networking opportunities, all guests are scheduled to arrive at Kortrijk Xpo around 19:00. Return shuttles to the partner hotels are available at fixed times: 21:00, 23:00, or 01:00.
